Now hiring for an Indianapolis Contract Inventory Accounts Payable Specialist.
Responsibilities- Handling high volume accounts payable up to 750 invoices per week
- Expertise in 3-way matching (PO/Receiver/Invoice)
- Accuracy in resolving and researching discrepancies
- Maintain communication as needed to distribution centers and purchasing departments
- Experience with AP processes and high-volume invoice handling
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Ability to manage deadlines
- High School Diploma required
- Experience with D365 is a plus
