- Maintain accuracy and integrity of daily accounting transactions and records
- Process invoices and vendor payments
- Review accounts payable activity and reconcile vendor statements
- Process lockbox transactions and apply customer payments accurately
- Support collections efforts and perform accounts receivable functions
- Monitor Member account receivables and follow up on outstanding balances
- Assist with account reconciliations and month‑end close activities
- Participate in special projects and perform additional accounting duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, preferred 1–5 years of accounting experience, including Accounts
- Payable and Accounts Receivable responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas
- Experience working within an ERP system required
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team environment
