Salary: $75,000–$100,000

Key Responsibilities for the Cost Accountant:
• Manage standard costing and analyze manufacturing variances
• Lead month-end close activities related to inventory and COGS
• Oversee inventory control, reconciliations, and cycle counts
• Partner with plant operations to improve cost efficiency
• Monitor and communicate production and cost variances
Qualifications for the Cost Accountant:
• 5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing required)
• Hands-on cost accounting experience (standard costing preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience working in an ERP-driven environment
