What You’ll Do:

Own the Month-End Close
Take a leading role in the close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting within a fast-paced timeline.

Maintain Financial Accuracy
Handle bank reconciliations, ensure balance sheet integrity, and maintain clean, reliable financial data.

Support Audit & Compliance
Work directly with external auditors and assist with audit preparation and documentation.

Contribute Across Accounting Functions
Provide backup support in AP and payroll as needed while gaining full-cycle accounting exposure.

Inventory & Operational Insight
Support inventory reporting, AR aging, and internal dashboards—helping connect financials to operational performance.

Partner with the Business
Collaborate with operations and internal teams to support accurate reporting and better decision-making.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
3–5 years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of:
- Month-end close
- Financial statements (P&L and balance sheet)
- Account reconciliations
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
ERP experience (Great Plains is a plus)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
