Indianapolis Billing Specialist
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Billing Specialist.
Responsibilities- Manage client billing from invoice preparation through completion
- Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
- Maintain billing data and project financial records
- Support accounts receivable and invoice follow-up
- Partner with Project Managers on billing needs and issues
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain records and meet monthly deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or business (preferred)
- 3–5 years of billing, accounts receivable, or accounting experience
- Experience managing recurring billing and high-volume invoices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Strong communication skills with internal teams and clients
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with accounting or billing software (preferred)
Work hours:
Monday‑Thursday 7am‑5pm and Friday half-days. This position is in office.
