A reputable and growing manufacturing organization in the Middlebury area is seeking a Billing Specialist to assist with a system data clean-up and billing transition project. This role will focus on maintaining data accuracy and supporting process improvements as the company migrates to a new ERP/MRP system.

Key Responsibilities
• Enter and reconcile billing and inventory data into the ERP/MRP system.
• Transfer information from manual records into updated software platforms.
• Review and verify pricing, billing details, and inventory accuracy.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies during system migration.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline billing and reporting processes.
Core Competencies
• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Location: Middlebury, IN (On-site)
Compensation: $41,600–$52,000 (based on experience)
