Step into a role focused on managing high-volume billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable for a growing engineering firm. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed, transactional work while also partnering with Project Managers to support project financial accuracy.

• Direct hire opportunity with a growing firm on the east side of Indianapolis
• Own the monthly billing cycle and process a high volume of client invoices
• Work closely with Project Managers to support billing accuracy and project financial tracking
• Hands‑on manager who provides guidance, coaching, and support throughout the onboarding process
• Opportunity to expand responsibilities over time based on performance and experience

• Manage client billing from invoice preparation through completion
• Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
• Maintain billing data and project financial records
• Support accounts receivable and invoice follow‑up
• Partner with Project Managers on billing needs and issues
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain records and meet monthly deadline

• 3–5 years of billing, accounts receivable, or accounting experience
• Experience managing recurring billing and high-volume invoices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and clients
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with accounting or billing software preferred
