As Senior Manager, Corporate Reporting, you'll serve as a key member of the corporate accounting leadership team, responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting while improving processes across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements and quarterly reporting packages.
• Prepare reporting schedules supporting the parent company's external reporting requirements.
• Oversee the company's annual stand‑alone financial statements used for Franchise Disclosure Document reporting.
• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Lead lease accounting under ASC 842, including oversight of the company's lease accounting system and coordination with the Legal team.
• Oversee key accounting estimates, including impairment analyses and actuarial‑related reserves.
• Perform technical accounting research and prepare accounting position memos.
• Ensure compliance with SOX internal controls and strengthen the overall control environment.
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, Facilities, and other business leaders to improve financial visibility and decision‑making.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce waste, and leverage technology to improve efficiency.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, consolidations, and technical accounting.
• Experience with ASC 842 lease accounting and external audit management.
• Background in SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Proven leadership experience with a collaborative, coaching‑oriented management style.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Passion for continuous improvement, automation, and applying AI to create more efficient accounting processes.
