• Manage accounts receivable including rent collection, payment posting, and follow‑up on delinquencies
• Assist with accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor coordination
• Reconcile accounts and support monthly financial reporting
• Assist with tenant communication and lease tracking
• Maintain accurate financial and tenant records within property management systems

• Property management experience (required)
• Working knowledge of accounting basics (AR, AP, reconciliations)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
