The Accounting Managers do much more than review financial statements. They serve as trusted advisors to our clients, lead engagement teams, mentor developing professionals, and help businesses make informed financial decisions.

• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Supervises completion of compilations and reviews as well as completing complex aspects of compilations and reviews.
• Takes lead on complex CFO/controllership engagements to businesses and/or ultra-high net worth families
• Conducts final review of jobs (reports)
• Designs budget templates and oversee preparation of budgets and projections
• Provide proactive business consulting and discusses strategic items with business owners
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development.
• Assist with process improvements and technology initiatives

And so, what does it take to be part of our team? A CPA with 7-15 years of experience with public accounting experience desired. This candidate must also be highly proficient in Quick Books and Microsoft Office along with having the ability to adapt to other accounting systems.

Compensation:
Starting at $110,000+ with significant earning potential for experienced professionals. We recognize and reward leadership, technical excellence, exceptional client service, and a commitment to helping our clients and team succeed.
