Cost Accountant – Build the Role, Influence the Numbers, Drive the Insight

This is a newly created opportunity for a Cost Accountant in the Fishers area, offering the chance to step into a role with visibility across finance and operations. You will work within a structured accounting team while partnering closely with leadership to analyze costs, improve reporting, and support key business decisions.

• Analyze cost data to support financial reporting and decision‑making
• Track inventory activity and review variances for accuracy
• Evaluate project and operational costs to identify trends
• Maintain and improve cost and profitability reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
• Assist with KPI reporting and internal compliance tracking

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field,
  required
• 5-7 years of cost or manufacturing accounting experience,
  required
• SAP experience,
  required
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
