About The Role:The A/P Clerk at Spot plays an important role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of our Carrier Invoices. This process is integral to our success as it enables us to pay our carriers and bill our customers in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:- Audit and process carrier invoices for payment.
- Classify and validate documents in our document processing software.
- Point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Respond to payment questions in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Must be able to handle 20 to 30 phone calls, two or three times a week.
- High school degree or GED.
- Associate's degree in business or accounting/finance is preferred.
- 2+ years of A/P or billing experience; experience in a logistics or third-party organization is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented.
- Problem solving mindset.

- Ability to multitask.
- Strong sense of urgency to complete tasks to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
