Job Description:
Tri-Central School Corporation is seeking a Temporary Bookstore (T ) and Receipts personnel from the end of November 2026 to the first of April 2027.
1.Track and work with departments on textbook adoption needs for .
2.Work with textbook vendors on quotes and purchase pricing for consideration and approval by the Principals, Superintendent, and School Board (if needed).
3.Accumulate, organize, and deposit all funds in conjunction with T and Bookstore operations.
4.Collect supplemental fees.
5.Maintain accurate records of T payments, including monthly balancing.
6.Responsible for stamping, numbering, and distributing all textbook and related material.
7.Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders for textbooks, consumable supplies, and related materials.
8.Correlate T and Bookstore accounts with the Corporation treasurer monthly.
9.Interface and resolve delivery and billing issues directly with textbook vendors and related suppliers.
10.Collect and inventory student devices at the end of the year.
Report missing items and damages to the technology staff for charges and repairs.
11.Maintain appropriate quantities and selection of bookstore items PreK-12.
12.Assist with Accounts Payable in Administration Office.
