Director of Cost Accounting

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a long-time trusted client in the consumer service space looking for a Director of Cost Accounting. This role will report to the head of accounting, will have room for growth, and a couple direct reports. A public accounting background in Audit and a CPA is ideal here.

• Finance/Supply Chain Partnership
• External Audit Liaison and Audit Support Work
• Cross-Functional Meetings
• Inventory System Oversight and System Maintenance
• Inventory Controls
• Cost Of Sales Analysis and Store Profitability Reporting
• Executive Ad Hoc Projects
• Regulatory Reporting

• 8+ years’ progressive accounting experience touching on cost
• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
• Foundational or current public accounting experience within audit
• Mid to large company experience
• CPA preferred
• Annual discretionary bonus
• Hybrid 1 day a week once trained and settled
