Accounts Payable Clerk (Part-Time)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Onsite | Flexible Schedule | 20-25 Hours per Week
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join a growing organization in Indianapolis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible, part-time role with the potential to become a permanent employee.
ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
Review invoices for proper coding and approvals
Enter invoice data into the accounting system
Maintain organized AP records and documentation
Assist with vendor inquiries and payment status requests
Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed
Previous accounts payable experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong communication and organizational skills
Onsite position in Indianapolis, IN
Flexible schedule
Approximately 20-25 hours per week
Option to work three days per week if preferred
