Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience (see Growth Path below)

Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering leadership, friendship, and community involvement among college students. Our organization operates across multiple related entities, including a National Housing Corporation, a Title Holding Company, and the Delta Sigma Phi Foundation. The Accounting Manager is a key member of our Finance team, responsible for the integrity, efficiency, and accuracy of accounting operations across the Fraternity, Title Holding Company, and Housing Corporation — entities with combined annual revenue of roughly $5 million (approximately $4 million Fraternity, $1 million Housing). You'll own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close; approve payroll; oversee day-to-day accounting activities including accounts receivable/payable and housing-related finances;

and lead process improvements that strengthen our internal controls.

You'll also directly supervise our Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist, coaching and developing their skills, and will be a visible leader for accounting practices across all entities.

This role is built to grow. If you already bring Foundation or fund accounting experience, you can start at the Controller level, paid at the top of the range. If you're coming in without that background, you'll be hired as Accounting Manager and given the opportunity to learn Foundation accounting on the job — restricted funds, grant accounting, and planned giving.

Once you've built that proficiency, your title updates to Controller and your compensation increases accordingly. As our organization evolves, this role also has room to take on oversight of accounting across all entities, including a potential Foundation accounting direct report.

And for the right candidate, the runway doesn't necessarily stop there — continued growth in scope and performance could open the door to broader senior finance leadership within the organization over time.
