Payroll Specialist

Well established highly funded oil and gas company seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our talented team!

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and support the company’s payroll operations within a fast-paced oil and gas environment. This position will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees working across corporate, field, production, and project-based operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll processing, wage and hour regulations, payroll taxes, deductions, and employee records.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of payroll and/or accounting experience in a fast-paced, multi-state organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn and effectively use additional software programs and web-based portals.
• Working knowledge of Dayforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other payroll processing systems.
• Experience working in a union environment, including certified payroll.
