Associate Accounting What awaits you

Process billings for Kautex Inc.
Processing and investigating A/P and A/R including bad debts
Set up manual invoices (tools, development services, protoyptes, etc.) as needed
Perform fixed asset accounting for Kautex, Inc.
Assist in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes
Assist in the monthly consolidations for Kautex, Inc.
Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts
Select payroll processing duties
Ensure compliance with Textron and Kautex policies and procedures

What you'll need to succeed

BS degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Business
SAP R/3 experience is essential; we'll be transitioning to SAP Hana
Microsoft Office fluency - especially Excel
Experience with Hyperion financial reporting
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in accounting or finance role; preferably in manufacturing industry
