Coordinator - Administrative ExecutiveThe Coordinator - Administrative Executive provides comprehensive administrative and technical support to the Senior Vice President - Chief Mission and Values Officer and the Chief Strategy Officer. The Coordinator - Administrative Executive manages schedules/calendars, coordinates meetings and events, prepares detailed travel arrangements, manages and processes invoices, expense approvals, etc. and handles inquiries and other requests, as directed. They will work with minimal guidance and direction, anticipate and proactively address administrative and technical issues and challenges as they arise.
The Coordinator - Administrative Executive assures accuracy and availability of office records, files, resource data, various reports, basic budget oversight, significant board documentation preparation/materials management, etc. They will exercise confidentiality, strong independent judgement, anticipate potential issues and challenges, and recognize the specific needs of their leaders.
The Coordinator - Administrative Executive will provide project management support for the Mission and Values leadership team to assist in planning, monitoring progress and reporting on projects as assigned by the CMVO.
Key RelationshipsReports to : SVP - Chief Mission and Values Officer and Chief Strategy Officer
Candidate QualificationsCandidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
Requires 3+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
Experience with Board of Director document preparation / materials management for top level executives.
Requires strong proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Requires progressive experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.
