Job Description OverviewAssisting as an onsite Facilities Coordinator at the Indianapolis location.
DAILY TASKS- Primary responsibility:
Sort and distribute inbound mail/packages - Assist with conference room setups
- Sort and distribute inbound mail/packages
- Clean up and restock kitchen areas with sodas, food items, and supplies.
- Badging:
Create badges for new employees, deactivate badges for terminated employees, track temporary badge usage. - Assist with general facilities requests
- JIRAs - complete/close for new hire and term (Facilities subtask)
- Advise employees on facility issues, practices/policies
- Escorts facility vendors
- Replenish standard office supplies in cabinets (order special supplies from Staples, Amazon, CDW, etc.)
- Restock copy paper at copy machine locations weekly.
- Order/replenish Fed Ex shipping supplies
- Name plates - print, assemble and distribute
- Cleans workstations after terminations/before new hires start
- Purge kitchen fridges of perishable items.
- Coordinate 1st Floor Conference Room reservations.
- Assisting with employee events as needed
- Emergency response team member
- Desk keys – organize and reorder for site
- Adhoc projects
- 2+ years prior related experience
- Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Intermediate software skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Self‑motivated, confident work style
- Ability to work with little or no supervision, with demonstrated initiative, flexibility, team work, maturity under pressure, and ability to anticipate and resolve problems before they elevate.
- Detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional listening skills
- Demonstrated ability to be reliable and follow through
- High standards of quality and personal integrity
- Team player with good sense of humor!

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Base pay is one component of eHealth’s total rewards package, which also includes an annual performance bonus, plus an array of benefits designed to support employees’ personal and professional wellness.
