Overview
Calumet Civil Contractors, Inc., has more than 50 years of experience in central Indiana and performs all phases of site development and road construction. Our services include asphalt paving, concrete curb and flatwork, earthwork and underground utilities. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper).
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping.
- Greet visitors and provide general administrative support.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 Years of administrative or office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
