The National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC) has a new opportunity for a Member Experience - Coordinator in our Member Experience Department. This position will coordinate the functions of the Membership, Sponsorship, NAMIC Mutual Insurance Foundation areas and coordinates the implementation of strategic and special projects at the direction of Member Experience senior staff.

Essential functions of the position include:
  • Coordinates membership and sponsorship initiatives and projects for the Member Experience department at the direction of Member Experience senior staff, including internal and external project management, developing reports and Power Points, answering member correspondence, and maintaining and updating department files and documents.
  • Maintains membership and sponsorship content and data including NAMIC website, AMS, Salesforce, etc. including inputting data and extracting and interpreting reports.
  • Responsible for coordinating, executing, and evaluating department marketing efforts, with cross-department coordination in developing marketing plans, writing marketing copy, preparing list requests for mailings, managing digital promotions, and moderation of digital communities.
  • Coordinates the development and execution of engagement initiatives for the membership and sponsorship teams through member journey mapping and communities.
  • Coordinates day to day operations of NAMIC Mutual Insurance Foundation Scholarship program.
  • Builds and maintains positive work relationships with management, staff members, and external contacts.
  • Arrives to work on time and maintains a positive attendance record.
  • Performs any other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of successful membership, sponsorship, or client relations related experience required
  • Association experience preferred
  • Strong skills in project management and Excel
  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and must possess an acceptable MVR
