A little about the position

Job Summary

The Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating service, installation, and maintenance work while serving as a primary point of communication between customers, service technicians, and internal leadership. This role ensures work orders are accurate, schedules are optimized, and customers receive timely, high‑quality service. The Service Coordinator also supports service operations through billing coordination, reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Some of What You Will Do
  • Coordinate and schedule service, installation, and maintenance work using the internal database system to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication.
  • Generate and manage work orders, assign technicians, and ensure all job details (notes, photos, parts, labor, travel) are complete and up to date.
  • Communicate schedule updates, delays, and service changes to customers, technicians, and internal leadership in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate logistics such as material deliveries, pick ups, and technician travel, including overnight trips, to support successful job completion.
  • Perform ongoing quality checks on work orders, queues, and documentation to ensure accuracy and readiness.
What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or service operations.
  • Proficiency with database systems, scheduling software, and standard office technology.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, self‑direct work, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
