Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for Purchasing:
- Process purchase orders & check requests for A/P
- Maintain Credit Card receipts and create monthly reports for Corporate
- Process payment for all driver tolls & citations for Safety Dept.
- Maintain all A/P files
- Collection & Tracking of A/R for the reload division
- ACH & Check matching for A/R of the reload division
- Scanning/uploading documents to various programs
- Track collection & process payments for broker fee's
- Create invoices weekly for the dry van storage (show trailers/signs)
- Maintain all A/R files
- Direct flow of office traffic via phone and in person
- Mail & packages delivery retrieval & Distribution
- Outbound Fedex & UPS scheduling & drop off
- Misc. admin duties & projects for the GM/Office manager
- Prepare and distribute Driver paperwork
- Assist with order entry as needed
- Assist with all document management protocols
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate internally as well as externally
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary work
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- High school diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of DOT and or FMSCA rules helpfu
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the company standards
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
