This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Indianapolis, IN. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, managing phone and email communications. This role also involves maintaining records, assisting with executive-level tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
