You’ll help keep the office running efficiently by supporting daily administrative tasks, including:

• Answering phone calls and assisting customers
• Greeting visitors and drivers
• Entering and managing ticket records
• Filing and organizing office documents
• Sending emails and correspondence
• Ordering and managing office supplies
• Sorting and distributing mail
• Helping maintain an organized office environment

We’re seeking someone who is:

• ✔ Organized and detail-oriented
• ✔ Comfortable speaking with customers and team members
• ✔ Able to multitask in a busy office environment
• ✔ Reliable and team-oriented

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally

• Previous office or administrative experience
• Experience in agriculture or working with farmers
