About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support leadership with day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and can keep executives focused by handling details behind the scenes.
This is a remote role open to candidates based in Latin America , supporting a US-based team .

Key Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating across time zones
- Handle inbox management, email triage, and follow-ups on behalf of leadership
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, summaries, and action items
- Assist with document creation, data entry, reporting, and light research
- Coordinate internal workflows, reminders, and task follow-through
- Support operational projects, special initiatives, and ad-hoc requests
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
- Reliable internet connection and professional home setup
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Slack or similar team communication tools
- Project management platforms (Click Up, Asana, or similar)
- Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Aligned with US business hours (night shift for LATAM candidates)
- Full-time or part-time availability depending on fit and business needs
- Executives stay focused on high-impact work
- Schedules are organized, inboxes are under control, and nothing slips through the cracks
- Tasks are anticipated, not just assigned
- Communication is clear, timely, and professional
