Job Description

The Hope Source is seeking a talented, professional ABAScheduler to join our diverse team.

Since 2007, The Hope Source has provided high-quality comprehensive treatment and educational services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families through our unique hybrid model with Dynamic Minds Academy. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates to provide holistic, evidence-based therapies and educational services to ensure continuity of care and positive, lasting outcomes for our clients.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Creating, managing, and overseeing the daily schedule, making edits as needed
  • Tracking daily attendance for staff and clients
  • Serving as a friendly and professional point of contact for visitors and staff entering the building
  • Communicating with outside vendors
  • Coordinating and facilitating communication through the appropriate channels
  • Serving as a direct point of contact for families
  • Maintaining flexibility with hours as needed
  • Completing other duties as assigned
Requirements Qualifications
  • Previous experience with ABA scheduling preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Office 365, and related systems
  • Ability to multitask and stay highly organized
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively with remote coworkers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
  • Professional and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adhere to company policies while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
