Administrative Assistant

Location: Clinton

Trillium Construction is hiring for several temporary Administrative Assistants in Clinton, IN to assist with data entry and other administrative tasks for a local construction company.

The position is expected to last 1-2 months, working full-time hours, and paying up to $24/hr.

Duties:
-Perform high-volume data entry for job details, invoices, purchase orders, and project updates
-Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records
-Update internal systems with project statuses and scheduling changes
-Verify data for accuracy and completeness
-Provide general administrative support, including answering phones and emails as needed

Qualifications:

-Previous data entry or administrative experience required (construction industry a plus)
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail
-Strong typing and computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
-Ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently
-Strong organizational and time management skills
