Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: East Side of Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $65,000–$70,000

LHH is partnering with a top client in Indianapolis to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone proactive, organized, and able to anticipate needs without direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, travel, expenses, and communications
  • Attend meetings, capture notes, and track action items
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and follow‑ups
  • Organize files, systems, contracts, and vendor information
  • Support communication flow and prioritize incoming requests
  • Improve administrative processes and maintain efficient workflows
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting executives or senior leaders
  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to prioritize, problem‑solve, and work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Quick Books
  • Flexibility for occasional after‑hours needs
Preferred
  • Background in manufacturing, logistics, or operations
  • Experience with contracts, compliance, or CRM/TMS systems

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
