Criminal Records Specialist (Data Collection Admin)
Location:
Indianapolis, IN
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Contract Opportunity - Long-Term Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Research and collect required documentation from various sources
- Analyze and interpret documents for accuracy and completeness
- Enter and maintain information within designated databases and web-based systems
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding documentation and data requirements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of information
- Support ongoing projects and administrative initiatives as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong data entry and data management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience reviewing and processing complex documentation
- Research and records management experience
- Experience working with databases and document management systems
- Background in compliance, records administration, investigations, auditing, or document review
