Job Title:Office Administrator / Facilities Coordinator
The Office Administrator / Facilities Coordinator plays a critical role in creating a positive, productive, and well‑organized workplace environment. The position serves as the primary point of contact for office operations, facilities coordination, workplace services, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is a proactive, customer‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and excels at managing multiple priorities while ensuring a seamless employee and visitor experience.
This role is responsible for supporting daily office functions, coordinating facility services and vendors, maintaining workplace standards, and contributing to an efficient, safe, and engaging work environment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience supporting workplace services, employee experience, or office operations.
- Experience managing vendors, service contracts, and facilities work orders.
- Familiarity with workplace management systems, ticketing platforms, or facilities software.
- Experience coordinating office events, employee engagement activities, or workplace programs.
- Monitor workplace safety and report potential hazards.
- Coordinate access badges, keys, and visitor management processes.
- Support emergency preparedness procedures and workplace compliance initiatives.
- Assist with space planning and workplace utilization projects.
