Receptionist
Location: Manderley Healthcare Center – Osgood, IN
Manderley Healthcare Center is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our skilled nursing facility in Osgood, IN.
The primary purpose of the Receptionist is to answer phones, greet residents, families, and visitors, and schedule appointments in a professional and timely manner. This position is also responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including filing, maintaining office equipment, organizing employee files, and ordering office supplies.
Shift- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Welcome residents, families, visitors, vendors, and staff.
- Schedule appointments and assist with transportation coordination as needed.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and employee records.
- Order and monitor office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Ensure copiers and other office equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
- Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent computer skills required.
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills required.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
