Location: Owensville

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for an Administrative Admin with our large power and utilities client in Owensville, IN. This is a 5-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Description: This individual will provide administrative support to the Operation and Maintenance organizations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coal inventory tracking
  • Contractor time invoices and labor accruals
  • Rental equipment invoices
  • Printing/distributing PM work orders
  • Action item tracking and recording meeting minutes
Requirements
  • High School Diploma Required
  • 5+ years of administrative or plant support experience, including coordinating documentation, tracking operational activities, and supporting maintenance or production teams
  • Experience managing invoices, labor accruals, and contractor-related documentation, including timekeeping verification, rental equipment billing, and financial record accuracy
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience tracking action items, recording meeting minutes, and distributing preventive maintenance (PM) work orders to support operational efficiency
