Service Coordinator

The service coordinator provides strong administration support to the Lifecycle Service Department. Collaborate closely to ensure smooth coordination and effective problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities

  • Arrange all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation.
  • Attending to incoming service calls and inquiries
  • Generating a draft invoice for customer review for a completed service job.
  • Raise a credit note request with the finance department if required.
  • Raise a shipping request for spare parts delivery.
  • Create a service order for service jobs.
  • Perform various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma in administration or related field.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred; candidates with relevant experience will be given consideration.
  • Proficient in office software and applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
