About the Role

Sales Support Coordinator at Capital Group, responsible for supporting the Site Sales team by coordinating meetings and events, scheduling critical appointments, and managing data to streamline sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to advisors to schedule meetings with Sales Force Members.
  • Schedule critical meetings with external stakeholders, developing backup plans and alternative options.
  • Coordinate large complex meetings and events involving participants in multiple locations, compiling agendas, reserving meeting spaces, and arranging all details.
  • Manipulate Excel data to answer questions and solve problems.
Qualifications
  • Solid background in sales/marketing, including cold calling.
  • Experience coordinating large complex meetings and events.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Highly observant, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment that requires critical thinking and teamwork.
  • Strong Excel skills and a conscious process to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $55,614 - $88,982 base salary (subject to plan restrictions).
