We are looking for a full-time Operations & Admin Executive based in Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.

This role is at the centre of our daily operations. You will manage administrative processes, support leadership and cross-functional teams, and help ensure that office and operational workflows run smoothly and efficiently. The role also serves as a Personal Assistant to Qarbotech's Chief Scientist.

You will work closely with multiple departments to improve coordination, communication, and execution across the company.

What You Will Do

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and provide executive support
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements and documentation
  • Support general office operations and ensure processes run efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to support projects and operational outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in executive administrative support and general administration
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience managing records and documentation accurately
  • Comfortable using office and productivity software
  • Previous experience in an operations or administrative role is an advantage
