Administrative Assistant
Trillium Construction is hiring for several temporary Administrative Assistants in Clinton, IN to assist with data entry and other administrative tasks for a local construction company.
The position is expected to last 1-2 months, working full-time hours, and paying up to $24/hr.
Duties:
- Perform high-volume data entry for job details, invoices, purchase orders, and project updates
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records
- Update internal systems with project statuses and scheduling changes
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones and emails as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous data entry or administrative experience required (construction industry a plus)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong typing and computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
- Ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
