Logistics Administrative Paterna

TASKS AND FUNCTIONS:

• Weighing control:
  Weighing trucks, entries and exits by gate
• Management of client and driver incidents
• Document management (work parts, invoices)
• Checking loads
• Registering transporters and vehicle license plates in the program
• Reception of plant visit personnel
• Administrative support to other departments

• Academic training:
  Higher grade or FP in administration
• Media training in office systems utilization (Excel, Word, email)
• Professional experience: minimum 2 years in administrative positions

Schedule:

Rotating schedule of mornings (06:00 to 14:00) and afternoons (14:00 to 22:00)
