SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY:
Serves as a Registrar Secretary.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Process all transcript requests.
- Maintain paper cumulative folders, paper transcripts, and Student Information System transcripts, including adding grades, filing lost student transcripts, adding ISTEP, GQE, SAT and ACT scores, and creating new student records.
- Process and request student records from/to other schools.
- Maintain Merit Citations.
- Maintain and distribute report cards.
- Maintain records and process transcript requests.
- Type, distribute and maintain files for work permits.
- Maintain GED requests and files.
- Provide backup support to enroll (register) students in the Student Information System, to provide Social Security with requested paperwork, and handle data processing.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to three years of related experience and/or training. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows programs is necessary.
