Location: Indianapolis

Little Flower Catholic Church isseekingafull-time (30 hours per week) Office Manager in our parish office. This is an onsite role, Monday – Friday.

The Office Manager serves as the primary administrative coordinator of the parish office, ensuring the efficient day‑to‑day operation of parish activities and services. Key responsibilities include managing office communications and records, coordinating schedules and parish events, assisting parishioners and visitors, and supporting clergy and staff.

This position will supervise volunteers in the parish office.

Responsibilities

The Office Manager will function as the first encounter with people outside the parish, greet and refer visitors to appropriate people/places, maintain and oversee calendars, sacramental records, bulk mailings, and Mass intentions, and perform other general office duties as requested by the supervisor or Pastor/Administrator.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Canva
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Understands and adheres to the professional standards of conduct set forth by the Archdiocese of Indianapolis
  • Willingness to foster the Church’s mission
Education, Training and Experience
  • High school diploma required; college education preferred
  • Must be able to understand and to comply with the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Code of Conduct
  • Must be able to successfully complete the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Child Safety Training Background screening required
