Position: Project Coordinator with Security Clearance
Location: Edinburgh

Responsibilities This Position is Subject to Contract Award. OBXtek is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project coordination support to the program and project managers. Responsibilities:
* Manages scheduling, correspondence, filing systems, and visitor support
* Assists with HR policies/procedures
* Organizes and maintains project management documentation using Microsoft products Qualifications Education
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Experience
* General office management (answering/directing calls, scheduling meetings/appointments,
* Producing/distributing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, supporting visitors);
* HR policies and procedures and coworker problem resolution;
* Microsoft products,
* Organizing/building project management documentation,
* Assisting Program/Project Managers with administrative taskings. Security Clearance
