Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Executive Administrative Assistant, Regional President
Support and manage a full range of executive level activities for the President of the region, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, communications and event planning.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain schedules using Microsoft Outlook, arranging departmental meetings and coordinating calendars.
- Handle general administrative duties such as answering telephones, setting up conference calls and meetings, and copying.
- Coordinate travel itineraries, make travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports.
- Draft communications, read and analyze incoming e‑mails, memos, submissions, and reports to determine significance and respond appropriately.
- Submit vendor invoices for payment into the financial system and maintain a status log.
- Handle all aspects of new hires setup and coordination.
- Order and maintain supplies for the department.
- Support other leadership and VP‑level individuals as required.
- Coordinate and plan sales conferences, regional events, corporate meetings, and employee events.
- Manage regional data and reporting as needed and assist with productivity projects.
- Minimum 7 years of administrative experience.
- Associate degree, or appropriate formal training in a related discipline, or equivalent business experience.
- Extremely knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Well organized with strict attention to detail.
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize work assignments.
- Exceptional experience with calendar management, time and expense management support, meeting coordination, and meeting support planning.
- Availability to work overtime as necessary.
- Display a great deal of initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Knowledge of and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance‑related department highly preferred.

Pay TransparencyPay range for the primary location of this position: 33.22 – 44.18 USD per hour.
