Trilogy Health Services - 710 East Sunrise Drive - Responsibilities:
Create the campus four-week Master schedule and post it according to Scheduling Standards policy;
Generate postings such as BIPA, daily assignment sheets, and monthly schedules;
Manage nursing hours (PPD) and proper staff ratio to census;
Manage Time and Attendance, including Attendance points, buy-backs, shift pickup incentives;
Meets each new employee to review their schedule, ask what needs they have, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
