Location: Indianapolis
Tom Wood Lexus is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to support the sales team with data management, order processing, and daily administrative tasks. The position is part-time and requires attention to detail and strong communication.
You will break down deals, process deposits and vehicle orders, keep the CRM in sync with DMS match reports, and assist sales managers with organizational tasks. A technical background and CRM experience are preferred.
