Operations and Facilities Coordinator for Eck Tennis Pavilion, you'll play a vital role in ensuring one of Notre Dame Athletics' premier facilities operates efficiently every day. Serving as the central hub for facility operations, you'll oversee daily scheduling, coordinate facility rentals, manage on-call staff, troubleshoot building access systems, and help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-kept environment for student-athletes, coaches, guests, and visitors.
This is a dynamic role that blends organization, customer service, operational oversight, and hands-on facility management.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in facility operations, recreation management, or a relevant administrative/coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with temp staff, rental groups, and the public.
- Basic financial literacy for handling payments and managing purchase orders.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations preferred
- Technical & System Skills
- AiM System:
Experience with or the ability to quickly learn and utilize the AiM work order management system. - Access Software:
Tech-savvy enough to troubleshoot and manage digital access control/security systems. - Scheduling Software:
Proficiency in navigating and managing online scheduling and reservation platforms.

Up to $23.00/hour
