City of Indianapolis & Marion County Election Board is seeking a temporary Clerical/Office Support Assistant to support administrative processes. Under supervision, duties include answering phones, greeting visitors, processing mail, scheduling, data entry, and assisting the Election Board Director and staff.
The position may last up to twelve weeks per hiring period. Candidates should have strong customer service, organization, and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
