- Rotating PRN Shift; main schedule 1x per week 10:00 AM - 11:30 PM, flexibility with advanced notice to work 4:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM for operational demands if needed.
- Rotates preferred scheduled days Sunday
- Saturday - Includes weekend rotations, holiday rotations, and on-call weekend rotations.

- Workforce Central - 1633 North Capital, Downtown Indy
- Maintains a 24/7 live schedule using Kronos to complete real-time staffing, timekeeping and scheduling for the system.
- Maintains Kronos, related systems and records to support IUHWFC.
- Performs daily operations and special projects related to 24/7 live schedule.
- Ensures resources are properly allocated to increase flexibility and adaptability to support patient care across the system.

- High School Diploma/GED is required. Associates Degree preferred.
- Requires flexibility in scheduling due to 24/7 responsibilities ( includes weekends/holidays).
- Requires ability to function in a team-oriented environment.
- Requires ability to use Microsoft Office.
- Preferred experience with handling confidential information.
- Preferred 1-2 years in customer service industry.
- Preferred Kronos experience (timekeeping and scheduler).
