Tom Wood Subaru in Indianapolis is seeking a
Service Porter & QC Specialist
to support our service department’s daily operations and ensure every vehicle meets our high-quality standards before returning to our customers. This dual-role position plays a key part in maintaining efficient service flow, vehicle safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Monday – Friday:8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday:8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (rotational with one weekday off)
• Pay:$18/hour

• Safely transport, park, and retrieve customer vehicles throughout the dealership lot
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, parking areas, and shop spaces
• Greet customers in the service lane and assist with directing them to service advisors
• Stage vehicles appropriately for technicians and prepare vehicles for customer pickup
• Perform detailed post-service quality inspections to confirm all repairs and services were completed correctly
• Identify and report any issues or discrepancies to service advisors or technicians promptly
• Ensure every vehicle meets dealership quality standards prior to customer delivery
• Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive dealership experience
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs
