Competitive Sales Associate positions in a family environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, helping prospective customers by:

• Confirming and following up on appointments
• Guiding their visit to the dealership lot and/or showroom
• Vehicle selection
• Delivering a professional demonstration of new/used vehicles
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales
• Sales Associates should be money motivated, goal oriented, with a highly competitive nature.

• Must be bold, articulate, and have a great sense of humor.
• Strong oral communication skills with the ability to build customer interest in our product.
• Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• High energy, enthusiastic and money motivated.
• Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, instill trust in others while upholding company values.
• Self-starter that exhibits objectivity and creativity.
• Shows ability to work alone but come together as a team in order to achieve goals.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Pre-employment drug testing will be conducted
